Millions of Indians live in gated societies run by volunteers — a committee, a treasurer, a few guards — with paper registers, spreadsheets and a dozen WhatsApp groups. ResiSmart replaces all of that with one connected platform: a web dashboard for the office and focused apps for residents, guards and local partners.
A housing society is a small city: security at the gate, money to collect and account for, complaints to fix, elections to hold, a clubhouse to book, and a neighbourhood of shops and services around it. Today each of those lives in a different tool — or no tool at all.
We started ResiSmart because we lived it: a treasurer chasing dues one message at a time, a guard flipping through a register while a delivery waited, a committee that could not find last year’s minutes. Software should carry that load. So we built one system where the gate, the ledger, the committee and the community share the same source of truth — and where every person gets an app shaped for their role, in English or हिंदी.
ResiSmart is built in India, for India — INR billing, GST invoices, UPI, RWA workflows, and privacy practices aligned with the DPDP framework.
Every feature is judged by whether it makes a resident’s day simpler — not by how impressive it looks in a demo.
Society data is sensitive. Isolation, roles and privacy are built in, not bolted on.
A guard has seconds. If it takes more than two taps, we redesign it.
INR, GST, हिंदी, UPI, RWA realities — designed for how societies here actually work.
ResiSmart is a product of Easy Connect Private Limited.
